Mister Rogers returns with Bob Trow's dog, Barney, which he has been pet-sitting overnight. He talks about the time he and Barney spent together and reflects on a long walk they took. Bob Trow arrives at the house to pick up his dog. Taking out a toy dog, Mister Rogers sings "I'm Taking Care of You." In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, it's nighttime, and Lady Aberlin is "platypus-sitting" for Ana while Dr. Bill and Elsie Jean go out. Ana sings a lullaby as she prepares for bed and reveals that she would like to have a kitten as a pet. Back at the house, Mister Rogers sings "Waiting" as he talks about how it's sometimes hard to wait for special occasions. Part of the "Mister Rogers' Neighborhood" series.
