Mister Rogers arrives with a new picture for his kitchen. The framed image is a drawing of the Neighborhood of Make-Believe -- one that would hang in the kitchen of his television home for many years. Using the burlap bag that the picture was in, Mister Rogers encourages viewers to be imaginative as they play. He uses the bag for a variety of things including a punching bag, a table cloth, and a cape. Lady Aberlin stops by to talk about recent events in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe. Before she leaves, she dons the burlap cape and sings Be Brave Be Strong. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, King Friday lays out the guidelines for his newly appointed border guard -- Edgar Cooke. While X the Owl and Henrietta Pussycat wonder if a war is going on, Lady Aberlin is drafted by King Friday to serve as a border guard. In conversation with King Friday in the Throne Room, Lady Aberlin sings Afternoon. Back at the house, Mr. McFeely stops by and sells Mister Rogers a copy of the Neighborhood News at a cost of "four." The headline details King Friday's establishment of border guards and Mister Rogers uses his new picture to show where these guards will be stationed. Finally, just before Mr. McFeely returns with the burlap sack from earlier, Mister Rogers sings Tree Tree Tree. Part of the "Mister Rogers' Neighborhood" series.
