Mister Rogers arrives with some photographs of Margaret Hamilton who will be visiting the Neighborhood. Among other parts, Ms. Hamilton played the Wicked Witch of the West in the Wizard of Oz. Visiting Elsie Neal's shop, Mister Rogers sees the costume worn by Ms. Hamilton during her appearance in the Wizard of Oz. While he is there, Mister Rogers learns how to make a witch's hat out of paper. Ms. Hamilton is waiting on the porch as Mister Rogers returns to the house. Inside, they talk about her role as a witch and how it required a great deal of work. Ms. Hamilton demonstrates her role by putting on her witch costume and talks about her own grandchildren. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Princess Margaret Lizard is visiting her old college friend, King Friday. Lady Aberlin mentions that Daniel Tiger is afraid of lizards and Princess Margaret wants to pay him a visit. At the clock, Daniel is relieved to learn that Princess Margaret is a tame lizard. At the Museum-Go-Round, Princess Margaret turns herself into Margaret Hamilton and then into Princess Margaret H. Witch. She mentions that she is planning a "festival of remembering" for tomorrow. Back at the house, Mister Rogers talks about how witches are only pretend. He goes on to describe the difference between real things and make-believe things. Part of the "Mister Rogers' Neighborhood" series.
