Mister Rogers arrives with the parts to assemble a small fountain which he takes to the kitchen. Putting the pieces together, he adds water and watches the water flow before watching a videotape about different fountains around the world. After watching the video, Mister Rogers goes into the bathroom where he shows water running down the drain and sings You Can Never Go Down the Drain. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, King Friday has decided to give a gift to the people of Westwood but will only give it to them once Mayor Maggie has guessed what it is. A few clues from Miss Paulificate leads Mayor Maggie to guess correctly -- the gift is the old castle waterfall. With the gift in hand, Mayor Maggie heads towards to Platypus mound in search of water. On her way, she is stopped by Lady Elaine who provides plenty of water from a garden hose soaking Mayor Maggie in the process. After drying off in the Museum-Go-Round's D Room, Mayor Maggie comes out to share the news of the royal gift with Neighbor Aber who is able to contain the flow of water by providing a hose nozzle. Back at the house, Mr. McFeely stops by with a videotape about how people make raincoats. After the video, Mister Rogers gives the fountain to Mr. McFeely. Part of the "Mister Rogers' Neighborhood" series.
