Mister Rogers arrives as usual but does not change into his sweater right away. Instead, he talks to viewers about his schedule immunization at the clinic. He rolls up his sleeve and explains the process he will go through. Mister Rogers takes viewers to the doctor's office to watch as he receives his immunization. After a moment in the waiting room, he is taken back for his appointment. They begin with a demonstration of how the doctor's chair works before Mister Rogers goes through a routine check-up and receives his immunization. Returning to the house, he talks about how he would use a pretend medical kid on his rag doll, Phil, when he was a boy. Mister Rogers explains that it helped his feelings to play about things that were scary. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Neighbor Aber and Lady Aberlin help Daniel to face his fear of the falling cereal by singing Are You Brave. His bravery proves to be worth the effort as Daniel's presence at his clock stops the cereal from coming down. Back at the house, Mister Rogers talks about how important it is to be with the people we love during difficult times. He concludes by singing Are You Brave.
