Mister Rogers arrives with a tube from a vacuum cleaner which he uses as a tunnel for a toy car. With a blanket for the ears and the vacuum tube for the trunk, Mister Rogers pretends to be an elephant as he sings a portion of We Are Elephants. Ella Jenkins stops by and talks about her recent travels before she and Mister Rogers play the kazoo. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Lady Aberlin continues her wind research and H.J. Elephant is learning to use a boomerang given to him by Lady Elaine Fairchilde. Meanwhile, Robert Troll continues with the Neighborhood census. Stopping by the clock, he and Lady Aberlin find that Daniel and the other children are gone on a field trip. Lady Aberlin explains "ugga mugga" to Robert Troll before they dance away. Back at the house, Mr. McFeely makes a delivery of construction paper which he and Mister Rogers decorate with shoe laces before singing the Speedy Delivery song. Mister Rogers shows a film about people helping other people to learn. Part of the "Mister Rogers' Neighborhood" series.
