After changing into his sweater, Mister Rogers does not put on his sneakers right away. Instead, he tries on a pair of fins and shows a variety of other equipment used for snorkeling. Mister Rogers remembers a time he and Sylvia Earle when snorkeling in the ocean. In addition to viewing a many underwater species, they talk about the importance of taking care of the ocean. After remembering his snorkeling trip, Mister Rogers talks about how many of his heroes are people who care about the world. He then looks at pictures of three different angelfish and looks at their similarities and differences. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Lady Aberlin is using the battery operated fan to try and keep away the garbage smell. Old Goat and New Goat arrive at the castle where they promptly take a nap. Lady Elaine has two new ideas about the garbage crisis -- they can either throw their trash in the ocean or work with a television show called The Universe Today. Lady Elaine knows the host of this talk show and King Friday takes her up on her offer to seek out the help of those from the television program. Neighbor Aber arrives wearing a snorkeling skin after checking the oceans and realizing they are too beautiful to dump garbage into. Old Goat and New Goat wake up looking for something to eat but are interrupted by Miss Paulificate who tunes a television into a preview of The Universe Today's report on the garbage crisis. Back at the house, Mister Rogers feeds the fish and sings Everybody's Fancy. Part of the "Mister Rogers' Neighborhood" series.
