Mister Rogers arrives with a yo-yo which he briefly demonstrates before receiving a call from Mr. McFeely who has a videotape of people working at night. Bob Trow stops by and invites Mister Rogers outside to meet Tom Parks, a talented yo-yo artist. After an impressive demonstration from Mr. Parks, Mr. McFeely delivers the tape about people who work at night. It's almost daytime in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, and Lady Aberlin is camping under the stars with the star visitor when they are startled by Bob Dog. Sensing that that visitor is sad, Bob Dog takes him on a tour of the Neighborhood as Lady Aberlin seeks out the advice of Lady Elaine Fairchilde. At the castle, King Friday shares his kingly version of Twinkle Twinkle Little Star with the visitor. Lady Aberlin visits the clock where Daniel meets the star visitor and is able to understand his strange language. Daniel shares that the visitor likes it in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe but is sad that he will need to leave when the night is over. Daniel also learns the star visitor's name: Yo Yo LaBelle. Yo Yo's ride arrives at the clock and he returns home just as the dawn is about to break. After he leaves, Lady Aberlin and Daniel talk together about the importance feelings of caring for others. Back at the house, Mister Rogers returns to his globe and talks about the many people around the world. Part of the "Mister Rogers' Neighborhood" series.
