As Mister Rogers enters, he has some difficulty zipping his sweater and recalls a time when he mis-buttoned his sweater. He then talks about making mistakes before showing a book about animals which contains two mislabeled pictures. Susan Linn stops by with her puppets which she uses to help children have difficult conversations. She uses Audrey Duck and Catalion to talk with Mister Rogers about helping children in the hospital to feel better. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Audrey Duck (one of Susan Linn's characters) has her feelings hurt when X mistakes her for Henrietta wearing a "funny duck costume." X uses the letters that Lady Aberlin delivered to spell out an apology to Audrey Duck. Meanwhile, Handyman Negri misunderstands and sets up a display of King Friday's miniature animals in the wrong location. Back at the house, Mister Rogers sings You Are Special. Part of the "Mister Rogers' Neighborhood" series.
