Mister Rogers arrives with a basket and a ball. In the backyard, Chuck Aber is playing basketball and explains that he sometimes plays basketball to get feelings out of his system. Mr. Aber continues playing basketball as Mister Rogers leaves to visit a planetarium. At the planetarium, Mister Rogers meets Audrey Williams who shows the projector used to show the starry sky on the ceiling. Turning out the lights, Ms. Williams demonstrates the projector as she and Mister Rogers talk about stars and constellations. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, King Friday has requested that Lady Aberlin deliver a balloon to everyone as they prepare to celebrate the arrival of Friday's Comet. He insists that everyone be happy as they celebrate. Much to the displeasure of Lady Aberlin, she is also asked to wear a clown's hat to add to the festive mood. At the factory, Corney provides Lady Aberlin with a collection of pennants which further celebrate the Comet's arrival. As if that were not enough, a blimp flies overhead announcing the coming comet. Feeling that King Friday has taken things too far, Lady Elaine refuses the Friday's Comet balloon and pennant. Instead she declares that her attention will be focused on celebrating Henrietta's upcoming birthday. Neighbor Aber arrives from a basketball game and expresses his happiness with the fact that his team played very hard despite losing. At the tree, X expresses to Neighbor Aber his concern for Henrietta's recent unhappiness. Henrietta opens her door and talks with Neighbor Aber about the things she might like at a party. He attempts to cheer her up by singing You Are Pretty. Henrietta explains that she is not interested in celebrating the King's comet. Part of the "Mister Rogers' Neighborhood" series.
