Mister Rogers arrives with a piece of string which he takes to the front porch along with a pan full of soapy water. By tying the string into a loop, he is able to bring it out of the water and use it to make bubbles. As Mister Rogers is making bubbles, Mr. McFeely arrives and invites Mister Rogers to join him on a visit to Betty Aberlin's house. At Betty Aberlin's house, she, along with Mister Rogers and Mr. McFeely, watches as Mary Jo Barron sings songs with a small group of children. While everyone else enjoys a snack, Mister Rogers and Ms. Barron spend some time talking with each other about working with children. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Lady Elaine is excited to have been given a new purse by Queen Sara -- a purse with a paint brush inside. While Lady Elaine is putting away her purse, Handyman Negri is surprised by the arrival of a turkey delivering a Turkey Express message. According to the message, Lady Elaine is to bring some decorative banners to the castle. Meanwhile, Robert Troll has received a similar message asking him to bring a large balloon to the castle as well. Unfortunately, the balloon he is to bring needs to be inflated -- a job much too big for Robert Troll. Thanks to Lady Elaine's vacuum cleaner, Handyman Negri is able to help Robert Troll fill the large balloon. Ana Platypus arrives at the Museum Go-Round and the group spends a few moments playing with the balloon. As everyone else leaves, Ana and Lady Elaine settle their differences from the previous day as Lady Elaine apologizes for going to the King when Ana would not share her special shoes. Back at the house, Mister Rogers cleans up from his bubble making at talks about the upcoming picnic to be held by King Friday in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe. Part of the "Mister Rogers' Neighborhood" series.
