After changing into his sweater and sneakers, Mister Rogers writes the name of one of his songs -- Sometimes People Are Good -- on a piece of a paper and then he sings the song. At Brockett's Bakery, Mister Rogers meets Julia Child who is in the kitchen making a dish she calls "Spaghetti Marco Polo." When the dish is complete, they use chopsticks to sample the final product. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Lady Elaine Fairchilde and the Platypus family have gifts for Henrietta Pussycat who is recovering from the fire in her house. Lady Elaine gives her a new dress and the Dr. Bill and Elsie Jean have prepared a bowl of spaghetti. When Bob Dog introduces his friend, Smokey Bear, Henrietta is scared by the word "smoke" until she learns that Smokey fights fires. Back at the house, Mister Rogers watches a film about drops of water that turn into waterfalls. Part of the "Mister Rogers' Neighborhood" series.
