It's a hot day in the Neighborhood and Mister Rogers arrives with a plastic pool which he takes to the yard and fills with water. As the water runs and he prepares to soak his feet, Mister Rogers sings Children Can. Officer Clemmons arrives and joins Mister Rogers in the cool water. Although Officer Clemmons visit is short, Mister Rogers suggests that even a short rest can feel good when needed. As he puts his boots back on, Officer Clemmons sings Children Can. Picture Picture shares a film about bare feet. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, King Friday XIII expresses to Lady Aberlin that he does not like the way that Robert Troll talks. Queen Sara explains that the best way to understand Robert Troll is to understand his feelings. When Robert Troll arrives at the castle, he is angry because he has lost his ball. By asking about Robert Troll's feelings, King Friday is able to understand why he is upset and offers to help find the lost ball. In the castle's D Room, Vija Vetra performs an East Indian dance while barefoot. Using her hands and feet, she is able to tell a story with her performance. After Miss Vetra finishes her performance, Robert Troll is clearly happy as he has found his magic ball. The invisible ball is tossed around by everyone in the D Room. Back at the house, Mister Rogers explains that it is possible to communicate by using your body. Part of the "Mister Rogers' Neighborhood" series.
