Hey everybody, my name is Emcee Ronnie. I have with me Balancing Brooke, DJ 412, Terrific T, and All-Star Anthony, and we are the Strong4Life Challenge team. Now, we are going to lead you in a Strong4Life brain break activity. Well, hey boys and girls, let's get ready for this brain break activity where we'll be rocking and rolling. This is a great stretch that you can do at home or outside, just as we are right here, right now. So, the first thing we're gonna do is rock a little bit. So I want you guys to stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Penny, Saige, you got it. Arms out, and we're gonna lean to one side. Now lean to the other side, giving a good stretch to that core. Tighten up the middle, your tummies, you got it. To the side, reach out to the other side. Awesome, now bring it back to the middle. Next thing we're gonna do, boys and girls, we are going to do some arm circles forward. So we're gonna do about five of them, Follow along with us, let's go. One, two, three, four, five, freeze. Let's take it backwards. One, two, three, four, five. Good job. So we rocked and roll right there, we have another one. All right, now, boys and girls, I want you to put your right foot forward, almost like you're in a lunge, and what we're gonna do is just rock from front to back, front to back. You should feel a good stretch right here in your waist, in your hip. Yes, now let's switch it up, switch it up, left foot forward, right foot back, and we're rocking. You guys are doing a great job. You all are doing a great job, too. Keep going, keep going, keep going. So that's our rock for that one. I'm gonna allow you guys and you all as well, to freestyle. Have some fun with this next rock and roll. On your mark, get set, let's go, rock and roll, rock and roll, rock and roll!

Get it out, get those air guitars out. Rolling, rolling, rolling, rolling. Come on, Penny! Come on, get it, get it, get it. Yes, yes, yes. Awesome job. Well, great job rocking and rolling today. Keep up the rhythm, and let's continue to have fun as we get ready to focus and learn. You're here with Strong4Life. See you soon. Accessibility provided by the U.S. Department of Education.
