Jaidelys lives in Pedernales and enjoys playing with her friends and walking through the beautiful beaches in her region. In San Pedro de Macorís, Christopher waits for her and together they travel the streets and plazas of San Pedro. They rehearse the traditional dances of the "guloyas," experience the thrill of a baseball game played by Christopher's team, and visit the cave of wonders where they see old paintings of the "tahina" culture. Before leaving, Jaidelys gives Christopher the most exciting news of his life.
