Mr. Hoober-Bloob, a dispatcher from a laboratory in space, decides to send one of his characters down his highway to Earth. First, though, he gives the character a chance to decide whether or not to live as a human. Mr. Hoober-Bloob shows not only realistic problems and pleasures humans face, but imaginary ones as well. Based on the story from Dr. Seuss.
