How To: DCMP iOS App
Now Playing As: Captioned (English)
Described and Captioned Media Program (DCMP) media is available on any modern Internet connected device, including desktops, laptops, smart televisions, and iOS/Android mobile devices. Our website is “responsive” to the screen size of the device you’re using and dynamically adjusts when you rotate your device. While browsing dcmp.org on a mobile device works well, a native app is even better. By analyzing statistics of our current users, we determined that iOS (iPhone and iPad specifically) accounted for a large percentage of our media usage. We developed our new iOS app with our client’s needs in mind, and what we’ve created is an elegant, simple, and, most importantly, accessible experience. This video steps clients through finding and installing our iOS app, logging in, browsing/searching for media, and changing settings. The video also goes in-depth into new features such as direct usage by student accounts, media permissions, and themes.
