Leadership Opportunities for Deaf Teens (LOFT) is a national program helping teens who are deaf and hard of hearing develop their leadership skills. Ken Levinson, LOFT co-creator and lead counselor, explains the purpose and benefits of the program. While participating in program, teens developed skits which promoted team work and self-advocacy. The skits present challenges and solutions to different real-life situations. One of a series of videos produced by Leadership Opportunities for Deaf Teens (LOFT) and sponsored by Alexander Graham Bell Association for the Deaf and Hard Hearing (AG Bell).
