Mother, Jackie, recovers from a twenty-year crack-cocaine addiction as daughters, Selena and Lorita, transition into adulthood. The eldest daughter, Selena, documents the reconciliation process between mother and daughters while examining the long term effects of abusive behaviors on family relationships. Over the course of the 35 minute documentary, daughter/director Selena Burks revisits life changing events through the use of candid interviews and family photographs.
