Marcia Adams, award-winning cookbook author and television personality, shares her story of what it's like to live with heart disease. Her condition was not brought on by poor diet or lack of exercise, but as a result of an upper respiratory illness she suffered a few months before its onset. She talks about her symptoms, medical treatment, mental attitude and depression, dependence on caregivers, and the possibility of a heart transplant. Includes an interview with her husband who describes how he copes with his wife's illness.
