Nyama is a type of stew from Zimbabwe. It uses a special type of young cabbage leaf called spring greens, which Pippa adds to her stew along with lots of other delicious ingredients. Pippa works hard preparing all the spices, chicken, and shallots. Part of the "My World Kitchen" series.
