The Ancient Greece video in ASL was perfect for a deaf student learning about countries in Europe. I am the student’s interpreter and I watched along and was very impressed with the interpreting alongside the video content. Student was engaged and I feel it was very beneficial that the student did not have to choose between looking at me or the video. I believe it lessened the eye fatigue of going back and forth.
