This module is a free, online, interactive training designed for transition-aged students who are deaf or hard of hearing. The training utilizes three questions: Who Am I?, What Do I Want?, How Do I Get There? These questions guide students through a self-realization process on their way to choosing a career. Video vignettes are signed in ASL with spoken English and captions. The module also contains self-assessments and interactive questions that students can use to help them identify their goals and develop strategies for their career search. Part of the "Map It: What Comes Next?" training module.
