What begins as a routine pursuit for Sergeant Cooper ends in time travel. Sergeant Cooper is chasing a criminal known as Fog and ends up in an abandoned subway station. While inside the tunnel, Fog meets up with the criminal Maddox Jett, and then strange things begin to happen. Part of the "Real City Heroes" series.
