Alexandra, Allie, as she likes to be called, was born with Peter's Anomaly, a glaucoma-like condition that resulted in an opaque left eye that has significant vision loss and a right eye that's a prosthetic.

    Like any child with a disability, what they are exposed to helps to build their strengths. Conversely, what a child is not exposed to at a young age may become a challenge in the future.
