Celso Magumbe is deaf. He's leading an inspiring campaign for the rights of individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing in one of Africa's poorest countries, Mozambique. As a child, he believed that only black people were deaf but now works alongside Europeans to promote his cause. NOTE: Exposes several footage of breastfeeding and nudity.
