Explains that medicine and vitamins can be helpful when correctly administered by a trusted adult. Several live-action scenarios clearly illustrate the dangers of using medicines incorrectly. Identifies who is allowed to give them medicines, when medicines should be taken incorrectly, and how to take them safely. Also, encourages students to ask an adult for permission before touching or tasting any substance, even one that looks like food.

    Great for the younger ages. Discussed not to take medicine without an adult present.

    I am so grateful to DCMP for the quality content of this video. As I searched for online materials to supplement my drug awareness lessons for K-2, this video is the only one I found about medicine that I felt was appropriate for the younger students. Worth the time spent completing the required media responses.
