The last Zapatistas, twelve elderly men who fought beside General Emiliano Zapata during the Mexican Revolution of 1910, passionately describe the ideals of the insurgents' revolution, their preparation for war, their years of fighting, the life and death of Zapata, and the still existent need to reform their country. The veterans also exchange ideas with young EZLN (Zapatista Army of National Liberation) members, encouraging them to continue fighting for their rights. An award-winning documentary by Francesco Taboada Tabone and Sarah Perrig.
