Looks at legendary individuals whose brave actions shaped the history of the Old West during the time following the end of the American Civil War till the turn of the century. Uses archival photos, filmclips, classic Western art, and dramatic reenactments to tell about the lives and times of Billy the Kid, Wyatt Earp, Doc Holliday, and several well-known gunfighters. Also includes information about the struggle of Native Americans in the West. Hosted by Harry Carey, Jr.
