-[bright music] -[children laughing] Hi, I'm Sofia. My stuffed animals make me feel happy, but sometimes I feel sad.
(Describer) She hugs her dog.
Sometimes it's because there are stressful things happening, but sometimes I don't know why I feel that way. We all have lots of feelings, and I've learned it's okay not to be okay. And when I start to feel big feelings, I remember that there are things I could do to make myself feel better. Going outside, doing a craft, or taking deep breaths helps me feel better. And if that doesn't help, I talk about my feelings with someone else, even if it's just my dog. But I always remember bad feelings will pass and I'll feel better soon.
