(Describer) The Space Adventure. A Journey to a Mysterious Alien Planet.
[tender music]
(Describer) Wilson the Semi-Truck.
Well, buddy, I hope you have the greatest space adventure ever. Stay safe out there.
(Ray) Go for main engine start. T minus ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, main engine start. Four, three, two, one. Booster ignition and lift off. Let's go.
[rocket booming]
(Describer) Flames shoot from rocket boosters on a launchpad.
[dramatic music]
(Describer) Wilson speeds through a field. A white rocket rises above a black cloud of smoke in the distance.
[flames crackling]
(Describer) The rocket races into the sky.
(Describer) Ray, a post-shaped robot.
(Ray) All engines are functioning normally. Prepare for stage one separation.
(Describer) Flaming rocket boosters release. They fall through white clouds.
[capsule whooshes away]
(Describer) Nash, a blue rover.
Nova, can you please update us on our mission to the moon?
(Nova) Absolutely. As you may know, we have three beta stage prototype teleporters.
(Ray) Stage two separation.
(Describer) The second boosters fire and release.
[capsule whooshes away]
(Describer) Nova, a green rover.
(Nova) One is located on Earth and another is on the moon. Currently, the moon teleporter is offline. Our main goal is to repair the moon teleporter. The third teleporter is about 300 light years away from Earth, located near a newly discovered planet, SC57M, aka Periculo Terra, meaning "dangerous land." We think this planet has very unusual flora, but we're not sure.
(Ray) Prepare for landing.
[capsule zooms]
(Describer) Bright lights shine from the underside of a beetle-shaped lunar lander.
(Describer) A cloud of dust kicks up as the lander descends.
(Describer) Its thin metal legs gently land on the moon's rocky surface.
(Describer) Ray and the rovers roll out over gray hills.
[hydraulics hiss]
(Nash) How did you deploy the third teleporter so far away from Earth?
(Nova) Using the power of our existing Earth and moon teleporters, we were able to teleport the third machine about 300 light years away from Earth. All three teleporters can communicate with each other. Well, could. After deploying our third teleporter near SC57M, our moon teleporter broke down. That's why we're here to fix it. Okay team, it appears the teleporter has sustained minor damage and is missing some parts. Let's spread out and look for them.
[electric buzzing]
(Describer) Two metal columns spark with blue light.
(Describer) Nova, in a valley.
Found one. Got you, I just located one.
(Describer) She clamps the part with her mechanical arm.
[mechanical whirring]
[engine humming]
(Describer) Sunny, a yellow rover.
I found one too. I'll meet you at the teleporter.
(Describer) He speeds around giant boulders.
[captivating music]
(Describer) Nova and Arden, a red rover, shoot bolts of electricity into each part, connecting them with the others.
[electric zapping]
(Describer) They build an electrified arch.
[engine humming]
[electric zapping]
Nash, we've located all the parts, but we're still missing the fuel cell.
(Nash) Without it, the teleporter won't power on. I've got you. Continue looking.
[captivating music]
(Describer) They roll to the edge of a crater.
Wow, this crater is massive!
(Ray) Nash, I've detected the power cell. It appears to be damaged.
(Nova) Hold on, Ray, I'm coming your way.
[mechanical whirring]
(Describer) Nash extends a cable into the crater and hooks the cell. It glows red.
(Ray) It appears the fuel cell has sustained some damage. I'm detecting excessive over voltage.
(Nash) Let's get back to the guys. Nova will have to look at it.
[electric crackling]
(Describer) Nova gazes at the now shiny cell.
[captivating music]
It appears the cell has stabilized. Stay back.
[captivating music builds]
(Describer) Blue lightening shoots into the cell from the center of the arch.
[electric zinging]
(Describer) It levitates and floats into position.
[sonic humming]
(Describer) The arch emits hundreds of tiny dots of light. They swarm and swell around the arch as Sunny approaches.
I think we're done. Now we can safely teleport back to Earth.
(Describer) The light dots become bigger and more frenzied.
[electric buzzing]
Oh no!
[brakes screeching]
Get back now! Get back! The fuel cell is still malfunctioning! Get back!
[dramatic music]
(Describer) The cell shudders and glows red.
[sonic humming crescendos]
(Describer) Nova reverses away.
(Describer) Sunny's front wheels are sucked into the teleporter with nearby rocks.
[pebbles rattling]
Help me, help!
(Nash) Sunny, hold on.
[dramatic music]
(Describer) Planet images appear. Sunny's rover outline explodes with bright lights as he materializes.
[electric whizzing]
(Describer) The swarm of light dots burst from the arch.
[electric zapping]
(Describer) The cell rocks and goes dark. The arch crumbles into pieces.
[metal clattering]
(Nova) No, no, no! We must help Sunny!
(Arden) How can we help Sunny?
(Ray) It appears Sunny was teleported to SC57M through the third teleporter. I believe the energy spike in the power cell is what activated the third teleporter. Ray, based on your calculations, what's our best strategy?
(Ray) We must reboot the teleporter and reinstall the power cell. Once it turns red due to over-voltage, we'll have a small window to teleport to SC57M and land on it. I believe Sunny is on that planet too. Unfortunately, someone must stay here on the moon just in case this teleporter malfunctions again. Otherwise we'll be stuck on SC57M forever. It's 300 light years away and there is no way we could just fly from SC57M back to Earth.
(Describer) The arch reconstructs.
Nice. Okay, let's get to work and not waste time. Arden, Nash, and Ray, you're going to teleport and find Sunny. I'm staying here since I'm more familiar with this machine. I'm gonna keep it online for as long as I can.
[dramatic music]
(Describer) A mass of lightening drags the cell into place on the teleporter arch.
[electric zapping]
[sonic humming]
Good luck, guys.
[dramatic music]
[sonic zinging]
(Describer) The cell glows green as the light dots swarm.
[electric buzzing]
(Describer) Suddenly, it turns red. Dust and rocks are sucked into the arch as it it shakes.
[dramatic music continues]
(Describer) Nash's outline explodes with light as he materializes through a tunnel of red light dots.
[sonic humming]
[sonic zinging]
(Describer) Arden's outline explodes as she's sucked into the tunnel.
[sonic zinging]
(Describer) A teleporter ring appears among planets and a sea of asteroids in space.
(Describer) The ring glows with light dots as the outline of Nash spins into his solid rover shape.
[electric buzzing]
[dramatic music continues]
(Describer) Arden comes next. Blue electricity sparks as ring pieces break off.
[electric buzzing]
Arden, activate the engines.
(Describer) They float side-by-side toward a blue and white planet in the distance.
[dramatic music fades]
Asteroids!
[asteroids whooshing by]
(Describer) Nash rolls to avoid a swath of hurtling space rocks.
[captivating music]
(Describer) Teleporter wreckage spins around them as they enter the planet's foggy red atmosphere.
[whooshing]
Get ready for a hard landing!
(Describer) Nash zooms through tall pointy rock formations as he descends to a dusty red surface.
[Nash crashing down]
Landed successfully.
(Describer) He releases Ray.
[Nash coughing]
[engine humming]
(Describer) Arden joins them, skirting shiny black rocks.
Ray, can you scan the area?
[sonic buzzing]
(Describer) Ray releases a metal ball into the sky. Two long beams scan as it spins.
[sonic reverberation]
(Ray) As you know, we're on SC57M, also known as Dangerous Land. It's five times larger than Earth. My system has detected five different zones just within a 100 mile radius. Each zone has its own unique environment. What about Sunny in the teleporter?
(Ray) The teleporter sustained some serious damage and broke up into approximately five to seven pieces within a 100-mile radius.
(Describer) Now, on grassy hills.
We're entering zone one. Power cell is located in zone five, the most dangerous zone. I believe that's where Sunny crash-landed.
[eerie music]
(Describer) Daffodils with circular mirror centers, reflect the rovers as they pass.
[sonic beeping]
(Describer) Ray inspects one.
(Arden) Wow, look at these plants!
(Ray) I've detected one of the teleporter's parts. Be careful, I think these plants are dangerous. I don't think they're dangerous at all. Look out, Nash!
[plant squelches]
(Describer) A spotted purple plant ripples and inflates like a balloon.
[plant bursts]
[eerie music]
(Describer) It disappears in a sparkly pink cloud.
Thanks, Arden, I have to be quick to get it.
[engine humming]
(Describer) Nash weaves through the hilly field. Plants explode into glitter as he passes.
[plant bursts]
[engine humming]
[plant bursts]
(Describer) He spots the part on the ground up ahead.
[metal snaps]
(Describer) As he picks it up, a plant inflates right next to him.
[plant squelching]
[plant bursts]
[engine humming]
(Describer) He speeds away in reverse. Clouds of glitter erupt as he joins the others.
[plant bursts]
[plant bursts]
(Arden) Great job, Nash.
[electric zapping]
(Describer) Lightening sparks between Nash's piece and Ray's head. The piece floats over and fuses to Ray.
[eerie music]
(Describer) Now they roll between cauldron shaped plants and pools of green slime.
Oh no, I'm stuck! Hold on, Arden. What's this slime, Ray?
(Ray) It appears to be a very sticky plant slime. Be careful.
[slime squelching]
(Describer) Arden's wheels spin in the slime as Nash pushes her.
[plant hisses]
(Nash) Oh no! Go, Ray, go!
(Describer) A plant belches a slime sphere into the air.
[upbeat music]
[slime splatters]
(Describer) A stream of slime lands right behind Nash.
(Describer) They speed down a winding path between the plants.
[slime splatters]
(Describer) Huge green slime waves splash around them.
[engine humming]
[slime splatters]
(Describer) Blobs of slime crash down from the sky.
[slime splatters]
(Describer) A cauldron plant coats itself with spewed slime as Arden passes.
[slime splatters]
[electric buzzing]
(Ray) Entering zone two.
[enthralling music]
(Describer) Rough metallic spheres bob on bolts of electricity over deep pits.
[electric buzzing]
(Arden) This planet is too dangerous!
(Describer) Arden flies up and sticks to the side of a sphere.
[enthralling music]
(Nash) Ah! What are these spheres?
(Describer) Nash sticks nearby.
(Arden) Look! There's another teleporter part on one of the spheres.
(Nash) Try to get it, Arden.
(Describer) She flies and sticks to the sphere with the part.
[metal clangs, electric zapping]
[engine humming]
(Describer) She inches along its shiny surface.
(Describer) She grabs the multicolored part.
[mechanical whirring]
These magnetic fields are so powerful. Go, go, go! What are those things?
(Arden) I don't know. Turn your engine full thrust.
(Describer) They speed away.
[electric buzzing]
(Describer) The landscape turns yellow with greenish fog. Ray rides with Nash, carrying three parts on his head.
[engine humming]
[engine accelerating]
(Ray) Entering zone three.
[engine humming]
(Describer) Pushing through fog, they come to the edge of a steaming hot spring.
[liquid bubbling]
[steam blasting]
(Nash) Geysers! Be careful, Arden.
[engine humming]
(Describer) As geysers spout, flat rocky platforms are pushed up in the air.
[steam blasting]
(Describer) Nash and Arden quickly cross the platforms before they drop down again.
[steam blasting]
[suspenseful music]
(Describer) Arden mistimes a jump and falls.
(Arden) Ah!
(Describer) She flips in the air, landing roughly on her tires.
There's a teleporter piece on one of the platforms.
[engine humming]
(Describer) They slowly clunk down platform steps in the fog.
[steam blasting]
[engine humming]
(Describer) Nash approaches the part, as Arden almost falls on her side.
[tires thud down]
(Describer) She rights herself and grabs the part.
[engine humming]
[steam blasting]
(Describer) Their platform lands at the edge of the steaming water. They speed into the fog.
[liquid bubbling]
(Ray) We're in zone four. Be very careful.
[sonic beeping]
(Describer) Blue fog parts to reveal clusters of spiked prism-shaped crystals.
[mystical music]
(Describer) One lights up, then another. Electricity shoots between them.
[electric zapping]
It appears that approximately every minute, these organic crystals discharge a large amount of energy. Stop right now.
(Arden) Why do we have to stop?
(Ray) This discharge only affects moving targets.
[sonic beeping]
(Describer) A boulder rolls off an upper cliff.
[electric zapping]
(Describer) Crystal lightening pulverizes the boulder in midair.
[boulder explodes]
These crystals are safe to pick up as long as you don't move during a discharge.
[mystical music continues]
(Describer) They wind through the dim landscape. When crystals light up, they freeze.
[electric zapping]
[sonic beeping]
(Describer) Nash and Arden watch lightening bolts crisscross around them.
[engine humming]
(Describer) They continue through a forest of purple, blue and white crystals.
(Describer) Another crystal lights up. They freeze. The part is in sight.
[electric zapping]
[sonic beeping]
(Describer) Arden inches forward and lifts the part from the ground.
[engine humming]
I've detected the power cell and Sunny in zone five. We must hurry; my sensors are picking up volcanic activity.
[electric zapping]
[engines humming]
(Ray) We're entering zone five. Be careful! We're surrounded by hot magma.
[eerie music]
(Describer) Flat plates of black volcanic rock float on a wide river of orange lava.
[magma bubbling]
[engines humming]
(Describer) Arden and Nash roll over the plates toward a distant volcano.
(Arden) I see Sunny. Sunny!
(Describer) Sunny huddles against a pile of rocks.
Sunny. Oh guys, thank you for coming to rescue me.
(Nova) No problem, Sunny. The fuel cell fell over there. It's about 500 feet away from us. So this was you guys? You came to rescue me. I thought the teleporter broke into pieces and I'd be stuck on this planet by myself forever. Yes, when we traveled through the teleporter the fuel cell created too much energy, which caused it to break into pieces.
[volcano erupting]
(Describer) The ground rumbles. Suddenly a volcano erupts.
(Ray) Let's hurry up and start rebuilding the teleporter. We don't have much time.
(Nova) You start rebuilding the teleporter. I'm going to get the fuel cell.
[suspenseful music]
(Describer) Hot magma streaks from the sky as Nash bumps across the river to the cell.
[electric crackling]
(Describer) Meanwhile, Ray shoots bolts of electricity into all the parts.
(Describer) They twist and spin as they lift into the air.
[engine humming]
(Describer) Nash spies the glowing cell and secures it on his mechanical arm.
[magma bubbling]
(Describer) The completed teleporter ring glows blue.
[engine humming]
(Describer) Nash heads back across the magma river with the cell.
[explosive blasting]
(Describer) A huge fireball crash flips Nash over his front tires.
[fuel cell clatters]
(Describer) The cell bounces into magma.
No, no, no!
[explosive blasts]
(Describer) The magma bubbles and boils more violently.
Guys, stay back!
[magma explodes]
(Describer) A spurt of fire erupts near Nash as he speeds to the group.
[engine humming]
[suspenseful music]
We don't have the power cell anymore. How are we going to get back?
(Arden) Oh no. That's it, the magma's rising. We must get out of here.
(Ray) Think I can help you. Wait here. Based on the magma level, we still have around 15 minutes. Where are you going, Ray?
(Ray) The crystals. The crystals?
[magma blasting]
(Describer) Ray reflects an orange glow as he rolls past the magma river.
[suspenseful music]
(Describer) Pushing through thick fog, he enters the crystal forest zone.
[sonic beeping]
[electric zapping]
(Describer) Two crystals light up and shoot electricity between them.
[suspenseful music continues]
(Describer) Ray bends to harvest several small bars of blue crystal.
(Describer) He freezes for a lightening discharge.
[electric zapping]
[sonic beeping]
(Describer) Then he hurries back to the lava zone.
[suspenseful music continues]
(Describer) Walls of fire burn and magma comets continuously fall.
[electric zapping]
(Describer) Ray shoots lightening into the crystals until they glow with white light.
(Describer) As he transfers the crystals into the teleporter ring, one piece falls to the ground, unnoticed.
[sonic beeping]
[electric zinging]
[sonic humming]
(Describer) The crystals activate the teleporter's swarm of red light dots. They form a short tunnel.
[electric buzzing]
(Describer) Arden enters the tunnel with Ray, followed by Sunny.
(Describer) A flash of light reveals an image of the rovers back on the moon.
[sonic humming]
(Describer) Nash rolls through the tunnel, exiting with an explosion of light on the other side.
[explosive whooshing]
[suspenseful music]
(Describer) Nova.
I'm so happy you did it! Thank you for saving Sunny. Now, let's go back home. I fixed the fuel cell.
(Nash) I'm ready.
[suspenseful music]
(Describer) The fuel cell glows green. An image of an Earth lab appears.
[sonic humming]
Thank you, team, for all of your hard work, and thank you too.
[sonic humming]
(Describer) Lights flash as they enter the teleporter one by one.
[electric buzzing]
[suspenseful music]
(Describer) As Nash enters, something behind him flashes in the distance.
(Describer) A forgotten fuel rod glows in the dust.
[sonic beeping]
[sonic humming]
(Describer) The teleporter image shows the rovers and Ray gathered in the lab on Earth.
[sonic beeping]
(Describer) Later on the moon, the forgotten fuel rod shoots energy to the teleporter.
[electric zapping]
[sonic humming]
(Describer) The teleporter activates, sucking in moon rocks.
[capsule buzzing]
(Describer) The teleporter gains strength, dragging the nearby lunar lander towards it.
(Describer) Rocks continuously pelt the lander as they're pulled along with clouds of dust.
(Describer) As the lander nears the teleporter, its outline explodes with light. It materializes through the tunnel of light dots.
[sonic humming]
(Describer) The lander travels through the teleporter ring left behind in the magma zone.
[dramatic music]
(Describer) A long bolt of electricity extends from the ring across the magma river, through a wall of fog, into the crystal forest.
[steam hissing]
[sonic beeping]
(Describer) A tornado of foggy energy swirls in a ring of crystals.
[electric zinging]
(Describer) Title: RCH Space.
