(host) Hi, helpers. Did you know that the best way to stay healthy is to wash your hands? It is important to wash your hands often. Let's go wash. First, rinse with water. Then put soap on your hands. Next, scrub them together while singing "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star."

(Describer) In fast-motion, she rubs the soap around her hands, including between her fingers and under her fingernails.

Then rinse the soap off with water.

(Describer) She gets the water all over her hands.

And last, dry your hands.

(Describer) She gets a towel and dries thoroughly, not going too fast. Then she puts the towel down.
