What's a paleta? It's a traditional Mexican popsicle treat sold from the wagon with a tinkly bell that brings children running from every direction. In this tale, a young girl introduces viewers to the fruit-flavored treat as she strolls through her barrio. Based on the children's book by Carmen Tafolla and presented in American Sign Language (ASL) by Arizona State Schools for the Deaf and Blind Deaf Mentor Program.
