Sore throat, runny nose, fever, headaches, aches and pains. It's not easy being a werewolf, or a vampire, for that matter,
or a zombie. [chuckles]
So if all this howling about cold and flu season has got you down, well, I have a magic preventative potion for you. Today we'll be making this,

which will help keep away all the nasty symptoms of cold and flu season. It also smells really good, and it's really pretty. So, without further ado, let's move on to this magic crafting project. Here's what you'll need to ward off the sinister sniffles: one 3- to 4-ounce glass jar with a lid that seals, a pair of scissors, a stir stick, some black tulle or other decorative string or ribbon. You also need a wooden spoon or a popsicle stick. And, lastly, you will need three to four different 1-ounce scented hand sanitizers. I got mine from Bath and Body Works, and I will be using one in Black Cherry Merlot and two in Pretty in Pink. First things first: Make sure that your glass jar is clean and dry; then, pop open the lid.
(Describer) She unhooks the lid on the small glass jar.
Grab whatever flavors of hand sanitizer you would like to use. And now we're just going to pour them into your jar. I'm going to start with the Black Cherry Merlot.
(Describer) She squeezes in some purple gel.
Now I'm going to add some of my Pretty in Pink.
(Describer) She squeezes in gel that's lightly tinted pink. Both gels are mostly transparent. The jar stands on red velvet fabric with a chain around it.

(Describer) Viewed from above, tiny bubbles and blue and light pink sparkles are suspended in the gels.

Once all of your hand sanitizer is inside of your glass potion bottle, take your stir stick and stir them up.
(Describer) She stirs, and does it in fast-motion. The mixed gel is a reddish purple with blue bits throughout.
Now for the finishing touch. Take some of your tulle and cut a length of it out.
(Describer) She cuts a ribbon of black tulle (tool).
Close the lid on your magic potion bottle/jar thing, and then just wrap the tulle around a few times... to give it a little decorative look.
(Describer) She wraps the tulle around the jar and the silver wires and hooks that secure the lid. In fast-motion, she ties a couple knots.
♪
(Describer) She finishes by tying the ends into a bow, and straightens it out so it's right-side up.
And for our finishing touch, just pop a little popsicle stick or wooden spoon in right next to the bow
(Describer) ...under the tulle.
so that whenever you need a little extra fight against those sniffles in the cold and flu season, you can just take your popsicle stick out, open up the lid,
(Describer) She does.
and grab yourself a little bit.
(Describer) She dips it in.
And, oh, my gosh, it smells so good!
(Describer) She gets gel on her hand.
