2025 DCMP User Survey Insights

Every year, DCMP surveys its members to glean information to improve our services. DCMP has been administering this version of the annual survey for four years. Your feedback has been crucial for us to make continuous improvement and enhance our service and materials. It is also important in providing insight to our funders.

This year, with the best response rate to date, we are delighted to see that DCMP is highly valued and well received. To see more details about the results of the survey report (preparered for DCMP by external evaluators, a collaboration of Rath Educational Evaluation and Research & SageFox Consulting Group).

How is DCMP Being Used?

This year’s survey included participants from all 50 states highlighting the geographical diversity of DCMP’s users and successful outreach across its userbase. What is the Value of DCMP

Likert scale results with 1 being strongly disagree and 5 being strongly agree. The years 2022 through 2025 are represented, working backward from 2025. #1. What Do Users Say About DCMP?

By showing this incredibly valuable tool to my district’s teachers, I am able to help all of them become more skilled at teaching students with disabilities and more aware of accessibility issues and solutions. #3. The material covered in the school system needed more accessibility than just interpreting… other students had the opportunity to go home and find TV programs, etc, to add to their learning experience. DCMP gave this same opportunity to the deaf students I work with. #5 Besides the above, DCMP videos are additionally helpful for leaving quality sub plans. I can assign videos to my classes and create related assignments with the videos as reference. The students are still learning or reviewing content when I am not there and the unit flows without interruption. #6. Many impacted!! DCMP has profoundly improved my interpreting in education!!
