In the United States, women are vastly underrepresented in STEM fields, holding under twenty-five percent of STEM jobs and a disproportionately low share of STEM undergraduate degrees. This three-part series shows how women revolutionized the computing and Internet technology used today. It also chronicles some of the current advancements women are making in technological fields.
