In this series of three titles, Alie Labeau, an aquarium education manager, interviews an aquarist from the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach, California. As an aquarist, Angelina is responsible for the animal and plant life living in the aquariums. She provides insight into a typical day on the job and highlights the skills necessary to be successful in this science based career. Angelina discusses a typical day caring for a diversity of fish and invertebrates, and the skills necessary to build and maintain exhibits that mimic natural ocean habitats, with a goal to inspire aquarium visitors to learn and care about the ocean.
