A curious kitten mistakes the moon for a bowl of milk. She ventures off into the night, trying to get close enough to the moon so that she can drink it. After several attempts of being unable to reach the moon, the kitten returns home and finds a bowl of milk waiting for her. Based on the book by Kevin Henkes.

This is an excellent video for use with students who have high affective filter and selective mutism. They get to roleplay the echo of the moon.

MSDB Librarian - The DCMP Children's Literature titles produced by Weston Woods are awesome! They go along with award winning literature....examples are "Children Make Terrible Pet's", "Kitten's First Full Moon", and many more.
