Ceramist Mollie Favour shows basic, simple handbuilding techniques for creating ceramic pinch pots and coil pots. Lists tools needed. Demonstrates spiral wedging to prepare the clay. After showing how to create a pinch pot, demonstrates how to make a box with a lid and a seed pod from two joined pinch pots. Also shows how to make coils and construct a coil bowl and coffee cup.
