Teaching in Room 9: Moving Across the Midline
In this episode, students will get their bodies moving by crossing the midline with a variety of exercises. Crossing the midline is the act of moving one's arms, legs, or eyes from one side of one's body to the other. Imagine an invisible line running down the middle of one's body, dividing it into left and right halves. Part of the "Teaching in Room 9" series.
