Host Philippe Cousteau visits some unusual geological wonders. He explores the Petrified National Forest where 200-million-year-old trees have turned into rock. Then, he visits Crater Lake in Oregon, one of the deepest and bluest lakes in the world. Philippe scuba dives off the Southern California coast and discovers a giant forest of kelp and takes a visit New Zealand, which has caves that feature glowworms that light up these dark caverns.
