Physics 101: Energy and Work
In physics, work is done on an object when energy is transferred to that object. If one object transfers energy to a second object, then the first object does work on the second object. Work is the application of a force over a distance, and energy can be defined as the capacity for doing work. In this episode, students solve problems involving work and energy. Part of the "Physics 101" series.
