Why do conflicts occur? How can they be avoided? Can they be resolved? Does someone have to win or lose? Part I shows four ways to deal with conflict that make it worse. Part II focuses on resolving conflicts, with emphasis on verbal and non-verbal communication skills. Demonstrates both roadblocks to communication and ways to make it better. Encourages using "I" messages.
