Sexual harassment is a form of sexual discrimination that violates Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Knowledge is the best prevention, and prevention is the best tool to eliminate it from the workplace. Defines what sexual harassment means and presents examples of inappropriate sexually based behavior by employer and employee. Explains when it is harassment and how to report the offense appropriately. Signed in ASL with voice-over narration.
